Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Window and RMA

Request within 30 days of delivery and get the RMA number before sending anything.

Returns without it are rejected.

Condition

The wheel must be uninstalled, undamaged and packed with its original full set.

Modified, fitted or scratched wheels are not returnable, and the buyer pays postage on non-defective returns.

Refund

Inspection comes first, then a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Bank processing varies and labour is not reimbursed.

Damaged or Wrong

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or video, and we replace or refund.

Warranty and Starting

3 years against manufacturing defects in normal use, excluding improper fitting, accidents and wear.

Order number plus photos and we will get the claim moving.
